b. Machine composition detail:
1).Meter counting part:
Up and down wheel each one, using precise encoder to calculation length, can be measurement to centimeters. 5).Hold wire mechanism:

Coiling system: 7.5HP × 4P AC Dongyuan motor + Mitsubishi vector control converter. Traverse system: Mitsubishi 400W servo motor + Mitsubishi servo driver.

1). Control parts:
Using the PLC automatic control system + human-machine interface operation screen, can be memory 99 groups of different packaging specifications, when change the coil specifications, the machine table adjustment freely, all data are shown in the man-machine interface; the electric cabinet and operation panel adopts the modular design, simple maintenance and easy to replacement.
Drive C-ring by timing belt and plastic steel gear, C-ring don't skid, packaging stable and noise is small; C-ring is made of special steel, outer roller coating rubber spring inside support C-ring, C-ring is not wear, running to keep true circular and service life is long, and equipped with overload protection, the motor is not easy to burn.
3). Automatic arm mechanism:
Using the four groups of power-driven hold arms adjustment, included the diameter size of coil adjustment and coiling center point check, convenient and fast; four axis power hold wire, without sliding and run no out-of circle. The overlapping degree of packaging wrap can be adjusted.
Using the pneumatic cutter system, automatic cut-off after setting the length of packaging material coiling has been completed. The cutter can be indented or scissors type (select/change in accordance with the different packing material demand) sharp knife face, can cut PVC, PP, PE glue film and woven etc. packaging materials.
5). Clamping jaw:
After the packaging material feed into fixed position, automatic wrap clamping, automatic pull wrap, the clamping jaw automatic back after wrapped 1.0 cycle, when coiling to setting of start cycle number (1.5~2.5 cycles), the clamping jaw automatic put wrap, there is no manual action, high safety.
6). Wrap feeding device:
Air pressure wrap feeding device, no lock screw, wrap changing quickly, more convenient for installation.
7). Automatic label feeding mechanism:
